The welcome reception and the conference dinner are included in the fee, but accommodation is not.
Abstracts:
- You will receive a link for abstract submission once the payment has been processed.
- Abstracts to be considered for an oral presentation should be submitted before December 15, 2023
- A poster presentation is always possible but the abstract should be submitted before March 1, 2024
Notes:
- Cancellation will come with a cost of €100 and will not be accepted after March 1, 2024.
- An accompanying person can be registered for the reception and dinner at a cost of 120 €.
